  1. Fender Squier Standard Strat ·
My opinion on this guitar is as follows: This is an excellent beginner guitar for one whose just starting out. If you want to be a serious musician, this will not take you ANYWHERE! It's a good guitar for me, but I'm starting to outplay it.

  2. Physical Graffiti by Led Zeppelin ·
The first disc of this two disc set is far better than the second. It's much closer sounding to the early Led Zeppelin, heavier, and slower, smoother, mellower guitar. Many of the songs are lenghty. Much more "rock" than the second disc, whic...(more)

I had played on one of these first, and it was a good practice amp, for a good price, so I bought it. I would definitely buy this again, it suits all my needs.

  4. Back In Black by AC/DC ·
This record is probably my second favorite AC/DC alum, only second to Highway to Hell, just because I like Bon alot. I think it is as good as it can be. No mushy ballads, just hard, good time rock. "Hells Bells" has a tremendous riff in the i...(more)

  5. Highway To Hell by AC/DC ·
An excellent party album. Tons of great licks, and some awesome chordal progressions. My favorite AC/DC record. Simply awesome. This was recorded right before Bon died. The band's lineup and playing was at their best.

  6. Powerage by AC/DC ·
This is by far not the best AC/DC record, but a valiant attempt. "Riff Raff" has a few wonderful riffs. The first track, "Rock n' Roll Damnation" has a great intro. The record could do without "Kicked in the Teeth" which begins with Bon screa...(more)

  7. Stiff Upper Lip by AC/DC ·
Cool fold outs of Angus' arm. (signature raised in fist/salute, and another of the dancing feet) Ranges from rock to 12 bar blues. However, there's not much variety in guitar parts. It's either 4 chord rock, or short blues riffs. Good party ...(more)

  8. Let There Be Rock by AC/DC ·
Angus rips on this album! Tons and tons and tons of incredible licks! I recommend this album to fans of awesome guitar! (isn't that why we're at WN?) Even if you don't lime AC/DC, check this album out.

  9. High Voltage by AC/DC ·
By no means better than, say, "Back in Black," but it holds some of the classic AC/DC anthems. (the Jack, It's a Long Way to the Top) Could do without "Little Lover." Pretty much a good album. Don't get this album as your first AC/DC, becaus...(more)

  10. The Razors Edge by AC/DC ·
It's better than usual for the boys of AC/DC. Rock anthems such as "Thunderstruck" and "Money Talks" push this album to the near cream of the crop. It also has great songs like "Fire Your Guns" "Rcok You Heart Out" and "Are You Ready." Good g...(more)

  11. The Best Of AC/DC by Angus and Malcolm Young ·
A good tab/music book with plenty of great songs off albums prior to The Razors Edge. Written by the Young brothers and transcripted by Ralph Agresta. Has 20 full songs, including the original studio solos. All the greats such as: You Shook M...(more)

  12. Gibson SG Standard ·
I looked at (as I said before) an LP Classic, some Strats, a Tele, and an SG Special. This was by far my favorite out of all those. If this guitar was stolen, I'd fall into a deep depression, then become a cop, bend the law, track down the the...(more)
