Couldn't agree more.
My sister got murdered in 2007 by a mindless low
life.
He got "life sentences' BUT with minimum of 18
years before eligible for parole.
In my my he should <u>never</u> get out.

Great to see you here Chris.
I visit here rarely but when I have of late, I have been disturbed to see what has been going on in some areas.
Anyhow enough of that. It's encouraging to learn of the revamps coming up in the near future.

I use only Eminence in all my BFD cabs I build and some of my bass cabs get a real hard life.

I just read about this in AB - Craig Lindsey made a post about it.
I never knew "Uncle Rex" but from what Craig said about him, he obviously made this world a better place and was an exceedingly good example to a lot of people.

You'd have expereinced this then seeing you play bass - either a keyboardist or a guitarist trying to imitate what they want you play to create the right groove, making all sorts of mouth noises like "ya know, doum doum da da doum ummm ba pa"

Many of you guitarists will have often heard your bassist refer to playing "in the pocket" or "making the bass groove"
A few of you will also understand theoretically what it means and what the bassist does to "get there"

Yep -it's getting cold alright.
The last month ( may ) was the coldest one on record for 10 years apparently, so the global warming hasn't reached us yet - just the large hole in the Ozone layer.

I've never experimented with string diameter too much, I stick to the heavier guage strings because I believe they offer the warmth and growl.

Yep - sure do know of lignum vitae. I'm a mechanical engineer by training so have come across that in bearings!
