    Oh yeah, and i meant to ask you what was involved with changing out the reverb that you had to do on your vintage amp? I was questioning my calling this amp a "vintage" amp myself, after i posted the message. justin

    I used this amp and discovered that the phase selector switch on the footpedal board was locked in the on position. In order to turn the phase off and on you had to adjust its volume on the amp main panel itself. Not really too bad of a deal, ...(more)

    I was just trying out a vintage Peavey amp of one of my friend's this weekend, and played this song. (At least what I know of it anyway.) Great song, but tricky to play. justin

    Never mind. I googled like you said, and found that fender did not start using this system until 1976. So all "S" serial numbered guitars are from the late 1970's. Justin
