    I'd use Vox definetly. They sound good especially if they have nice speakers, they have more of a spank too but can do the mellow sound. Fenders would be good too thought. Peter H

    I don't like duncan invaders I have played one before and the sound was bad. I'd suggest Emg's or Dimebuckers, they sound better if you are playing metal. I like metal also, if you use high gain you should get a solid high output pickup but turn...(more)

    Interesting...I have never really used one before. This is quite odd to me because lts of people just play straight to the amp. If you do by one it would be good to invest in a good one preferably with true bypass if it exists. ...(more)

    I suppose a compressor could do it. When I get a violin tone I always use a stratocastor and play around with volume. I haven't seen the video but I had thought that it was the keyboard. COB rules. Peter

    It is a great music school with an interesting lot of musicians, lots of shredders. Not as famed as Juliard but it is a great place too.
