I'm thinking about buying the new Fender G-DECs, practice amp with all the goodies. It looks good and the stats on it look good in Musicians Friend catalog. Has anyone got any thought on this new toy?
Thanks,
Joe

David,
Could the Papoose be tuned like a regular guitar? Why make a guitar that's tuned different?

The Tacoma Papoose is a funny looking 3/4 size guitar that's tuned in A. My curosity has been picked and I need info before I go off the deep end and buy one. Any info is better than nothing. Thanks.

I was wateching a Dixie Chicks DVD last night and a 3/4 size guitar with the sound hole on the upper bout caught my eye. It's tuned in A so the normal chord formations are different. Does anybody know anything aobut this little guitar?

For bluegrass players of guitar AND mandolin, have you ever noticed that you get more playing time with the mandolin than you do playing the guitar when you jam with other musicians? It seems like EVERYONE is a pretty good guitar player but man...(more)

I'm a stone Martin guitar kind of guy. I saw three Martin Mandolins on eBay and some are surprisingly cheap and one was pricy. They are kind of collector items and I'm interested in acquiring one. Does anyone have a line on Martin mandolins? ...(more)

Rex,
It's just my right elbow (my struming/picking side) that bothers me.

I suffer from guitar elbow. I've read up on it on webMD but would like to hear from guitarists about their experiences with it. Thanks,

I live in Costa Rica and will be in the US May 8. I will be in Roanoke, Virginia for a week starting May 14 and am looking for some acoustic guitar music. Anyone know where I can find some live music there?
