My Dean Evo had Korean pots, not expensive ones. Got it in '02. They're still working and noise free. Wait till something happens to them, then change them. And good pots only cost around $4.00 each (U.S.$) so he was making some profit on that ...(more)

The Pickguard on the Xavier guitar I bought from them started to peel and split apart. I sent an email to them about it and they sent me a new Pickguard and apologized for any inconvenience.

I'm out of town this time, but the wife told me only a few kids came by early, and none after 7:00. Usually, we get a bunch. Guess it was too cold. I guess that's bad for me.......I'm a chocoholic!

I put some GFS pups, a Nashville retro-tron I believe, in place of a pair of Ibanez humbuckers in a AG-85. Really happy with the tones. A bit of a Gretch tone and some crunch when pushed. So I get a bit of a Brian Setzer flavor.

That model amp has 2 separate printed circuit boards. There is a ribbon connector that goes between them. There is a history of that connection breaking the solder joint, causing an intermittent connection. This can cause an internal fuse to pop...(more)

I saw the IPO coming up and talked with a few guys about it. Some think it woud be cool to just be able to say they were part owners of Fender, so they were thinking about buying.
