    It might be a stupid question but have you checked just inside the body? My Washburn has no bolt visible at the headstock, but an "Allen" head bolt inside the body. Worth Checking?

    Stefan, I've actually heard of this before, but with <em>Acoustic</em> Guitars, it's supposed to speed the "Opening up" of the wood, which occurs naturally over time. (Solid tops only, apparently). I've never heard it tried on solidbodies tho...(more)
