    yeah...i mean-i dont think anyone that has an influence doesnt take a little of their influence's style and create their own. Every style is generic/composite...but yeah-another fav of mine is paul gilbert-he is another"mother of the fretboard"

    im sorry but i think he is one of the finest guitar players in the world. Of course yeah-many other people come damn close-but nobody in my opinion tops it off better than john. If you like dream theater, buy scenes from a memory dvd....watch ...(more)

    nono! you guys misunderstood....i dont hate groove...i just dont like hearing a classical lesson with groove..thats all...cuz otherwise i am fine with it...and yes...its all good...

    i hate it soo much when i see a classical lesson with groove...yeah groove is good for excersizes and or mimicing a song...but not with classical songs...i am pretty sure mozart didnt use/care about groove...grooves werent even around anyway.
