    What is interesting about that song is that so few guitarists THAT I HAVE HEARD can even play the thing. Not talking about the guitar solo at the end, but the verses and bridge and all that, on acoustic.

    Apprentice- yes. There are lots of books and how-to videos out there as well. The best way is to go out and buy old/crap/junk guitrs at yard sales and just tinker with them. It won't break your heart if you screw up one of those. At a music stor...(more)

    Thanks for the review. I do plan on getting some quotes up soon. Yeah, the Edge IS an influence of mine. I'm a bass player mainly though. Part of the 80s was dedicated to learning all the U2 I could get my hands on. thanks again for the input.

    Hide glue works fine but for an $80 guitar, just use white elmers glue, and clamp it evenly. you might want to use some flat scrap wood to sandwich the neck with, then clamp around the outsice of the scrap wood, with the neck in the middle. I gu...(more)
