    my thumbs are double jointed...I've noticed that my handle on the pick is different from most peoples...do you think that this changes the way I play in any way, compared to other players with normal thumbs?

    Believe me, I download songs from kazaa a lot. But to me its very different to have a CDR filled with rare songs than having the actual rare CD in your hand. but of course bootlegs are different, so it really doesn't matter.

    Music is healthier than most addictions, definetly. unless your playing it really loud then you'd loose your hearing, otherwise I dont see any real harm in it. obsession is something that you are interested in more than you should be..I think ...(more)

    "flower power" huh? I was thinking about a black sticker, but paint will work just fine. I could paint in the backside of the pickguard before i put it on or something.

    what do you guys think? I took the white pickguard off and it looks actually better except for the pickup guts sitting there. I want to get a clear pickguard but somehow I just want to cover a part of it so that the wires and the huge hole there...(more)

    I keep reading about a 'saddle' part of the bridge of the telecaster.....what in the world is a saddle? how come it seems like Im not familiar with all the parts of the guitar?

    well, you got it partly right. it is the $180 dollar one, but I dont need to tune it every thirty minutes. Isn't there like ten veriations of it though already? I saw one the other day with only one humbucker instead of two.
