    Make sure you didn't plug the microphone into the line in jack (they're side by side on most soundcards). If that wasn't the problem, take off the PC cover and check that the soundcard didn't become unseated from the PCI slot (from the wiggling)...(more)

    I'd check the package and see if the manufacturer has a website, or just search the web at a few search sites. Personally, I wouldn't mess with them, I'd find an airbrush artist in the area and have it done right and properly sealed. They can do...(more)
