My usual technique when I haven't been playing for awhile is to play for shorter amounts of time very frequently. I'll typically play for like 15-20 minutes and then take a break for at least the same amount of time.

LOL, just hanging around hoss, just hanging around. Actually, I've given up trout slapping. About a year or two back I mistake a barracuda for one. Wasn't a pretty sight.

I'd hardly call you old and grumpy, just a little disillusioned and far from the only one. I find I gravitate more and more to people that were at their peak before I was even born, although that's a relative term. Commercially, Johnny Cash was ...(more)

I haven't had to take much medication in my time. All things considered, its just as well. I can't swallow pills. For some reason, they stick to my tongue and no amount of water or anything else will get 'em down. So I'm left to chewing them. Wo...(more)

Heck I was MIA for about 2 years; I'm sure all of the major posters have gone on to something else for a little while only to come back. Given time, I'm sure both Chris and Stone'll at least drop in.
