    Speaking of Frank, those chord shapes might make cool licks if you were to sweep pick them opver say....an A7 or Eb7 chord....really fast, over and over, with a look of intense concentration on your face.... JC

    Actually, on "Axis", Hendrix does rock the pedal to the beat...on that strange track after "EXP and before "Spanish Castle Magic". Although, it is much more interesting to use the wah pedal to "shape" notes as in "Voodoo Chile". think of it us...(more)
