We drove 13 hours to see Derek and his band at 'Live on the Green' in Nashville last week. We discovered that the leader of the opening trio was a guy that also previously joined the Allman Brothers for 3 years before Derek... named Jack Pearson...(more)

Saw BB in November here at home,he never left his chair. Saw Clapton in Dallas two months ago, he did about a three foot radius...but when you watch him do 20 minutes plus of 'Voodoo Child'.. everyone was so mesmerized, eyes closed..heads a bobb...(more)

I am not a guitar finish expert, but I will tell you that our spray man has lightly scuffed some previously urethaned pieces of furniture and overcoated with waterbournes or solvent base lac, with success. Some will turn turn to a crin...(more)

Joe,
I bought a Michael Kelly Custom Patriot 'lefty' two years ago and it is still my favorite of all my electrics...very full fat sound. Little better built than my epiphone les pauls. Enjoy!

David, I made the change 4 years ago from left on righties, to left on lefties... smartest thing I ever did. Eventually when you see a right handed player, you will automatically think of your pick hand and your fret hand, not left or right. Go...(more)

I agree , and have also chosen the 'pick your battles' approach. With 8 children, it just makes sense.
