WHO IS J.R. LIBBY
I am a writer, poet, and aspiring guitar player. I live on an island along the Maine coast, just down the road from one of the entrances to Acadia National Part, on Mount Desert Island, Maine.
When not jamming with my oldest son and sharing guitar ideas, I am hiking the many miles of trails and climbing the many mountains Acadia has to offer.
MY EQUIPMENT
I've just recently upgraded from a Peavey Gen. X tele to a Fender Fat Strat with a FR. I have now joined the growing list of people who consider themselves Fender for Lifer's.
My amp is a 16 watt Kustom, and for pedals I have a compressor/sustainer, distortion, overdrive, along with a Hot Watts 2 earphone amplifier.
My style of music is SRV style Blues, along with hard Rock, punk, Metal, anyythin loud and fast.
