WELCOME!
Welcome to my website at WholeNote! I am a 19 year old guy (as of April 2005), and have played guitar since the summer of 2001. Like many others, I happened to have a guitar in my hand one day, and there we go, still playing! Check back periodically, I try to add new stuff from time to time.

Guitar/Music Info
I have taught myself to play guitar and still do, with some help from friends like at WholeNote. I like to listen to different types of music, especially those with a good drum beat. Finding WholeNote has given me that much-needed boost.
After playing a while I finally figured out what kind of music tickles my pickle. I like many kinds of music, but blues and rock (and a bit of funk) are the genres I like to play on guitar. I think especially fingerpicking blues (B.B. King!) sounds very nice on guitar.
As of October 2004 I "got bit" by the digital recording bug. I've been trying to record on PC for over a year and a half but only now managed to get going with it. I have to say it's great fun! I've already recorded my first song, and spent hours in front of the computer just messing with different multitrack recorders and their plugins. The best thing is that I haven't shelled out one penny for the software because it's freeware, and it's actually quite effective!
