Welcome to my page. I am student of music education and theory at California Baptist University in Riverside, CA. I enjoy playing acoustic guitar in all styles. I love listening to music on headphones.
Currently, I'm playing three instruments: Guitar, Trombone and Euphonium. I love to experiment with music, not in a ridiculous lets-see-how-far-we-can-stretch-the-concept-of-music-before-it -breaks kind of experimentation, but rather a see what kind of new sound we can create using normal means kind of experimentation. Call me a coward if you like, but I like to stay in the comfy realm of tonality, more or less. Now of course, breaking rules if part of experimentation, so of course I stray from tonality. I might even say my goal is to write music that more or less feels tonal, but is in fact is far from it. In other words, I love major chords. Not just a major chord by itself, but the use of consecutive major chords (oftentimes whole steps apart). Now that I've gone and said to much, take a listen to some of what I've written here:
