Starting out

Hello and thanks for taking interest in my web page. I am starting my musical training at 38 years of age. I started playing in 3/2002. Lets hope the gray matter is still pliable enough for me to learn a couple of songs.

I love the unplugged movement in the nineties. For learning and enjoyment I have been downloading chord files of old classic rock favorites off the WN tab engine. Examples include "Me and Bobbie McGee"(Kristoferson/Joplin), "Promises" (Eric Clapton) and "Pink Houses"(Mellencamp)to name a few. I would love to nail down twenty to thirty tunes and do some street playing. I love to sing.

My guitar instructor is Wayne Riker who teaches at San Diego's "House of Strings"
