Stuff I'm Finding Useful
"Blues You Can Use," by John Ganapes -- the entire series. These books (with CDs) get you into playing. Each lesson gives you some scale theory and chord theory, then concludes with a solo piece that is just easy enough to get into, but contains many elements that will require some serious work.
