If you have read beyond the above header than I guess you're wondering who I am. I was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on September 10th, 1981. I have been playing guitar for about 7 years... although I don't think that it shows but I suppose that I'm improving somewhat. I got my first guitar when I was 13 from my uncle. It was an old Lotus strat style guitar, and my first amp was a Kustom KLA10 combo amp. I acquired my first distortion pedal by trading a Green Day-Dookie tablature book for an Ibanez metal-encased distortion fuzz box. I loved the crunch I could achieve with that box. I had to keep it perfectly still in a precise spot on the floor of my bedroom, because if it moved from that spot I would pick up radio stations (really lame ones). Try playing Purple Haze and then out of nowhere the Carpenters are coming through your amp. "Why do birds suddenly appear..." Oh, well.
My musical influences.
When I started playing guitar I was full force into Green Day. After their songs became too redundant and simplistic to play I started trying to play songs by the Smashing Pumpkins. I loved the pumpkins. I learned a lot of their guitar and eventually was able to play any pumpkins song you could name. Now I am into a lot of the instrumental guitar hero’s, like Yngwie, Satch, and my favorite Stevie Vai. I have also started to enjoy classical a lot more, its so soothing and at times can sound so demented and tortured.
Musical Influences
• Frank Zappa. The most amazing composer of our time.
• Steve Vai. I love his style.
• Buckethead. He is an amazing guitar player and has incredible stage presence.
  Favorite Recordings
• Steve Vai - Alive in an Ultra World
• Frank Zappa - Sheik Yerbooti
• Dweezil Zappa - Automatic
