The Ultimate Acoustic. Thanks Bill

The Original American Past Time

Hello My name is Chris and welcome to my part of this world. I got my first guitar at the early age of 5, I was gonna be like Daddy. That was 33 years ago. I now have a Collings D2H and a Martin SPD16TR. I am a member of a 5 piece Bluegrass/Folk band (Phosphorous Bronze). Members include Shane Farley lead vocals, Mike Moore Bass, Jeff Meade Banjo, Brannam Smith Mandolin, and myself harmonies and lead guitar. We play mainly around the Tulsa,Ok area but hope to venture into some festivals soon. Pictures are soon to come. I have been playing seriously for the last 4 years. I also play guitar in our praise and worship band for our Church. This is something I dearly love. We have had the priveledge to play in the Bluegrass and Chili Festival of Tulsa. Hope to play there more years to come. Two more of our band members have home pages here on wholenote check them out if you get a chance. Shane and Brannam. Another interest of mine is Rodeos. Another chance to be like Daddy. My dad roped when I was small and had to give it up to put food on the table for 6 hungry kids. I guess I carried on his desire. I rode bulls in high school. Got smart and bought a roping horse. I have been a AQHA(American Quarter Horse Assoc.) member for the last 10 years. I can't imagine life without horses and guitars. Acoustic Habits

I'm a firm believer that music is music. A true musician appreciates it for its artistic value. Not its classification.
