Dutch Jazz Guitarist or

Jazz, Jazz & More Jazz

That's what I am all about these days. I have been playing guitar for some 28 years now and I have played a host of styles. Rock, Blues, New Wave, Rockabilly, you name it. It's strictly Jazz nowadays though. Some five years ago I crossed over from Blues to Jazz and I never felt better about my playing. It's a real challenge.

A Real Jazzhole

I play the occasional gig in my own Jazz Quintet - Why Not Jazz Quintet -and organize Jazz Jam Sessions in a bar near my hometown every two weeks. For the rest I study, read and listen to Jazz. I'm a sucker for fat Jazz archtop guitars too and I own some nice ones.

Visit my homepage and listen to some Real Audio files of my Quintet. If you would like to download or listen to cool Live recordings of my Jam sessions, visit my "Live Jazz at the Crow" website. At this site you can stream - no downloading required - all the music with the Real Player so you'll be listening to Live Jazz within a few seconds. There's some three hours of Jazz there right now with lots of Jazz guitar! You'll find the addresses below my picture.
