Hi!
Marcus & Margi here...just two throw-back hippies from Riverside with radical views looking for new music and styles to add to our personal entertainment & enjoyment.
Marcus was raised in the Yucatan of Mexico and I'm from the South Island of New Zealand. We both migrated to the States in the mid 70's and found each other. 3 kids, 2 dogs and a cat. Life is sweet.
Marcus has been playing over 40 years and it shows. He's been in several bands throughout the years, but we mostly just play for ourselves or with friends now-a-days. Music is his gift; writing & playing. I've been playing over 30 years and do alright, a good rhythm and vocal to his lead. We both paint (oil, water color, etc.) and he is quite the sculptor. I guess we love everything artistic, even crayons.

Ozark Mountains Bound
We currently reside in Florida but the hustle & bustle of big city life is too much. We have property in Missouri and are in the process of building a true-to-life castle in the Ozarks. Some is already complete but we have a long way to go. It is of hay-bale and natural local stone construction and if all goes well, will run mostly on solar power. Did I mention that we're throw-back hippies? (smile)We want to be off the grid, especially in this day and age. If you keep up with the news, getting back to the old way of life just doesn't seem that bad now, does it?

Musical Influences
• Everything except for Rap. What's up with that anyway? Whatever happened to beautiful lyrics with a melody?
• Bob Dylan; Neil Young; Donovan: Ya gotta love the political movement of the 60's and the musical influence.
• The Beatles. George Harrison. Need I say more?
