color=blue> is a band which plays Celtic and Folk music, and is looking to play out in more locations. Priorities include perfecting our sound when we're not out performing, and adding new materials. We are in the process of accepting more gigs, printing a new stack of business cards, and looking into new and better possibilities. The future is bright!
Time moves on, and things change. It's inevitable. We had a great band back in southwestern Minnesota named "HARMONY OUTPOST." While our current band is great, I miss Pam being in the band. Whether bass, acoustic guitar, mandolin, vocals, or some combination of the above, Pam was rather dependable. Sure, we had fun practicing together as a band, but we also had fun playing out, recording, dreamscaping, brainstorming, experimenting, etc., etc. We were very thankful for the opportunity to play with her again in Spring of '07, although we were hoping to have a merging of the bands in New Ulm. Didn't happen. But what did happen was cool. A learning experience, to be sure, but cool.
In the more recent past we played our music with Casey, who played bass in our band "BLUECLOVER EXPERIENCE." This, too is in our past, and we are now in a new chapter of our life. Our gigs have been exciting, and we continue to learn and grow as a band. In addition to the above, Rik & Tami also play their instruments at their church in the stateline area of northern Illinois.

Tami and I are working toward being prepared for increased opportunities. We will be more proactive in searching out the right gigs, and moving forward. Sure, music takes a lot of time. New songs, new ways of playing previous ones, PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE! Musically, we have come so far! I'm looking forward to the up-and coming gigs. And we continue forward in this crazy musical life. If doors open for us, that's great! But we need to be ready for them as well. Thanks for visiting!
