Welcome to Joe's Steel Guitar Zone!
Joe Stoebenau is a musician who plays Dobro, pedal steel and lap steel guitar. I teach guitar lessons full time and write music instruction books.

I just released a new DVD/book set titled "Barre Chord Secrets Revealed". This is a "No B.S. Way To Turn 2 Chords You Already Know Into 72 Fat Sounding, Larger Than Life Moveable Chords In Minutes!"

In addition I have written two best selling books for the National Guitar Workshop: "Teach Yourself to Play Dobro" and "Teach Yourself to Play Pedal Steel Guitar." I have also written a harmonica book "Christmas for Harmonica" for Alfred Publishing.

I love writing so keep checking back for articles and lessons! I have a Blog at:

http://musicmastery.blogspot.com

where I let everyone know about upcoming classes seminars and projects. I also have a great website:
