Program Description

In 1975 a dedicated group of guitarists got together and formed the American Institute of Guitar (AIG), a very unique New York institution dedicated to the teaching and performing of guitar music of all kinds. Now, more than thirty years later, not only has that tradition continued, but it has grown to include other instruments and a broader educational mission. As the new home of AIG, the International Studio of Music continues to offer the highest quality musical instruction in a warm, friendly environment. We offer private and group lessons in guitar, bass, voice, piano, drums and more to students of all ages and skill levels, from beginner to advanced and our goal is to help you become the musician you want to be.
