I tailor lessons to suit the goals of the student. I just don't teach songs. I focus on proper technique, which includes how to hold the guitar and sit properly, how to hold the pick and how to place the hand on the neck. I approach the beginning of each guitar lesson like the start of a martial arts class: We start with warmups and exercises then we go on to the material. I am also in the process of writing a revolutionary guitar method book.
