The heavy duty floor pedal that comes with it will switch channels. It has a great clean sound but the gain channels could have a little more dirt to them. Which is not a problem for me as I use a multi efects pedal. The 4x12 slant cab is 3/4 birch plywood and built to go the distance it has a metal front grill ,black, and uses B-52's own speakers. The cab can handel 400 watts and is really really loud, I haven't been past 6 yet. It is kinda pichey so you'll need to back down the treble or lose your ear drums. The cab is ported so drop D tunings get that extra punch. I tried Line 6 it blew out in 2 weeks it went back, had a marshall 50 half stack kept blowing tubes (groove tubes) and a fender twin. I have had this 2 months and love it, it's built like a tank and really puts out and has a 5 year warranty, try it you may like it!
Sound Quality:
I play a 1982 G&L F100 and a Washburn accoustic POD LivePro XT Could use a little more distortion
Ease of Use:
No progamming I find it easy to use
Only had it 2 months but it's built like a tank
