I don't know who uses these
I have lot's of other pups and these compared to my lower and middle end stuff but not as good as my CS 54's. better than my texas specials, better than tex mex, not as good as true tone, not as good as Bill Lawerence 280 and 290, not as good as gold lace sensors.
These were good all around pups, I like to try different ones and of course all our ears hear differently, I wouldn't buy these again but they wouldn't be the worst pups you ever played. Actually not a bad sound at all just to much fluff in the whole pickguard for me. For the right price they would be a great deal. These are real good pups but not over the top great.....

I tried these in my Calif strat
These were passive pups, they came pre wired to a blender pot and coil tap.
The tall boy and half breed are single coils and the muy Grande was a humbucker
To be honest these were too trick for me, You could blend in the bridge to any other pup and you could coil split the humbucker so as I would play I might hit a toggle or roll the blender, and never be sure where I was... I like things simple when playing, these may have been great in a studio where you go for one sound ata time. Very cool set of pups but not for me and that is not the fault of the pups it was just they way they were installed.
I played these thru a fender twin, and a Marshall JCM 800 and also a peavey classic 50
I play blues mostly but also some rock
They has a full sound kind of mid rangy, had some strat sparkle but not over the top.
Not noisy at all
They were plenty reliable, I sold them and they never needed repair while I had them which was about 6 months and they were about 2 yr's old then.
