Overall Rating:
I wanted a cheap, light tube amp and this baby has delivered. not the greatest amp ever, but great value and thers a certain beauty in its simplicity
Model Year: 1964
Price: $250.00 Canadian
Features:
Very, very basic tube amp. has one volume knob (actually its a 'loudness' knob) can get decent volume, but probably not enough to play over a drummer.
Sound Quality:
I use it with a tele and and distortion pedal. good for blues and rock. has a nice bluesy overdrive at high volumes, but stays relativle clean.
Ease of Use:
Hey, theres nothing to use! just plug your guitar in and crank it!!
Durability:
Its lasted for forty + years!! i have only had it for a few months but i havent had and problems. however, it has to be trated with care if you want the tubes to last. not as sturdy as a solid state
