Great strings for drop tuning, because they are made for drop tuning. Long lasting, good sounding.
Price: $5.50 (new)
Where Obtained: Guitar Center
.012, .016, .024P, .032, .044, .056. The strings are nickel wound. Regular strings besides the sizes i guess.
Sound Quality:
This guitar plays metal nice. You can drop tune and keep you strings tight. Regular 10's or 9's dont work very good, they are all too bendy.
They sound new for a long time, even with heavy picks. They don't stretch, and stay in tune good because of their thickness. I change them here and there, depends on how often I have been playing.
