I've had nearly 50 mics through the years. Nady SP9's, Shure 58's, and the Sennheiser 835 are the best mics made for gigging on a steady basis. No switch is a great aspect of this mic. Buy a 835 and you'll be happy singing fool like me.

No on/off switch, which I like, I hate when I step up to sing and the switch is off. Strong heavy casing is good. The crisp vocal presence it gives is fantastic. Basic microphone that is super quality.
This is where this mic shines. Absolutely crisp. Alot of mic's are MID heavy or the highs are good but the lows are muddy. The 835 is clear and projects superbly. Is has a good strong signal and feedback has not been a problem.
Don't get no easier than this. Plug and sing.
The Sennheiser 835 is the strongest built microphone I've ever had. Well built is an understatement. Sennheiser is a well known quality brand. I look forward to years ahead using this mic as my vocal mic.
