I'll be returning this guitar as soon as I can and do what I should have done in the first place, buy a guitar and amp locally so that if I have a problem I can take it right back to where I bought it and get the problem taken care of ( aside to my wife who said "I told you so", you were so right) - buyer beware.
Model Year: 2004
Price: $250.00 (new)
Where Obtained: Estaban, late night infomercial
Playability:
Action keeps changing by itself, every time I turn around I have to adjust it - is this normal? I don't think so. A periodic adjustment I can see, but c'mon, between songs? Between lessons?
Sound Quality:
Estaban g-10 10 watt amp, sounded good the first time it worked, didn't work after that. Changed battery on the guitar 3 times, still didn't work.
Durability:
Would be reliable for live playing as long as you didn't want to put it through the amp. Especially when they don't send you the most important part - THE CORD - to hook it up.
