Description The only all-tube jcm 900. Very cheap right now if you get the 5881 tube version.

Great bargain. Got mine for only $550 shipped but i really need to get the el34 upgrade. Lots of gain. I can't ask for much more because it was so cheap but if you need a good hard rock/metal amp this could be it.
Price: $550.00
Where Obtained: Online Classifieds
Amp has basic tone controls. Coolest feature is 2 master volumes. Good for solo boost but I don't have the pedal so its useless to me. I think it has an effects loop, I go straight to the amp so I don't care that much...I really need to get a reverb pedal. It's very loud like all marshalls. Has the 5881 tubes in it which are supposedly are very bad. See below.
Sound Quality:
Amp has great low end and crunch, but the 5881's are supposedly terrible for being harsh and i can't even play on my upper strings because it hurts my ears. I don't have the money now to get it biased for el34's so I'll just have to wait. I'm playing through a custom strat with a swamp ash body (bright) and gibson burstbucker. It cleans up really well also. Its a great bargain cause these things go cheap, remember to upgrade to el34's though
Ease of Use:
Very easy to use, it's a basic marshall tube amp.
Not sure, I haven't played it enough. Looks tough and its a marshall so i'll give it 4 stars
