I looked at every major brand including Gibson, Guild , and Taylor. I actualy bought a Taylor first but UPS left it on the porch in 20% weather and the top cracked. I decided after doing some more research that Taylor was to delicate due to what some people say is a thinner top. After trying them all out I found the Tacoma to be as good if not better than others that cost much more.

Plays well all the way up the neck ,very nice action and easy to play.I also have an electric t60 from peavey which is a little easier to play with a smaller neck
Playing clasical and country finger style it gives brighter tones than I have heard on other guitars I have played.
Only about 2 months old so I don't have a clue yet to durability (when you have a t60 peavey its hard to compare duribility). It stays in tune good and the intonation is very good.
