The action of this guitar is phenominal - the quality of the 20th anniversary gear is superior to most of the Mexican strats that I've seen recently - the fit/finish is almost on par with most Americans strats that I've seen.
Gigging, I use this with a Tech21 Trademark 60 amplifier. In the studio, I use it with a Yamaha DG-Stomp Pre-amp. This guitar is an all around working persons guitar capable of producing lush jazz sounds and nice distortions as well.
This guitar twangs a little like a telecaster but can also mellow out fairly well.
