The unit is rather large - about the only bad thing I can say. But it's the only phase shifter I've heard that gives a real psychodelic sweep - unlike a Phase 90 or other phasers.
Model Year: 1972
Price: $150.00
Where Obtained: some old guy
Features:
This is the best phase shifter I've ever heard. 3 switches - Slow - Medium - Fast, control the sweep rate.
Sound Quality:
If you've heard Rush 2112 on the slow melodic guitar parts - that's it. Alex used this machine on the album. Does tend to be noisy if the internal pots aren't adjusted correctly. And it is an analog device...
Ease of Use:
3 big switches ...easy
Durability:
Nice metal case - runs on 120V A/C. Gibson owned Maestro in these days.
