I had a friend who owned a jem 777 he beat the s--- out of it every night. And it always played great. Im not sure they make the 770 model anymore but Im sure they have one thats close. Im not an engineer I have gotten so use the guitar It would be hard to say. I just feel I got more than my moneys worth.
Model Year: 1993
Price: $600.00 (new)
Where Obtained: Some music store in alabama
Features:
Us maple 24 frets 6 strings volume and tone H/S/H Ibanez F4 C1 F2 candy apple red High Gloss Strat Copy Floyd rose Locking
Playability:
Yes it's great, I have real small hands so I am able to manipulate the neck with ease. I played a parker fly guitar once that was the closest comparison I have gotten so far. maybe a scratch but thats been about it. It's led a safe life so far.
Sound Quality:
Right now Im using a peavey Transformer 112 I love to play whats now classic rock. I would say it's a pretty versatile. It has a good range of tone It's the best I have had Ive not even considered another guitar. It's really not I would say both
Durability:
Yes I have only had to adust it once and that was just the tension coming from the Floyd. I had trouble with one of the strap locks when I first got it but I had it repaired. I pretty much try to keep in a controled enviroment if possible.
