Rating:
The guitar is one of those guitars that just 'does it's job'. I really do dig it, but if it got stolen id probably look for something else, as this guitar is not Extremely top of the line.
Model Year: 2002
Price: $600 (new)
Where Obtained: Mars Music
Features:
This Classical guitar is made in japan, has a built in eq with a tuner on it. the eq is ok but the chromatic tuner built in is a real lifesaver. its got a cutaway, and the tone distribution when plugged in is pretty even. The wood i sturdy and has an interesting sound for a classical.
Playability:
This is a pretty decent guitar. It plays a little above average. great for giging, although I wouldn't say that I would use it for huge gigs or non-demo recording.
Sound Quality:
A little bright for a classical, but also for a classical it sounds surprisingly cool when strummed. I play
Durability:
Very sturdy and barely even dings if you drop it. changing strings is a little wierd though because the bridge is blocked at the holes. all you have to do though is push the strings from the side as you put them through the bridge.
