When you are spending this money you expect to get the best. This amp out plays, out runs, and even looks a heck of a lot better then the competition. I have even heard people say that Dumble's don't compare. Check out Alessandro's web page for his full line of products. He now produces a lower priced amp line, at around $1200 for a combo. Don't be afraid of the price give him a call - he often has used gear in. If you have any questions please email me at: tyler@floorworksto.com

Model Year: 2000
Where Obtained: Alessandro High End Products
Features:
Class A Tube Amp, offers two speaker outs, volume, treble, middle, and bass controls. Standy-by and power switch. Controls are not stagant, they offer real changes. Rated a conservative 20 watts, it is loud enough to play small clubs. This amp is intended for high fidelity applications and would be at home in your studio. Infact some of the finest studios in the world offer these amps.
Sound Quality:
I play a variety of styles from folk, to altcountry, to rock, and progressive rock. This amp seems to be part its own, and part VOX-30 (A late 60's model, or other prime year)

In my quest for an amp I listend to Fenders, Marshalls, Buddas, Voxs, Mesa Boogies, Soldano, and even a Dr Z. These amps hand built by George Alessandro are a head above the competition. The sound is impossibly harmonicly rich. Its overdrive is complex, it can jangle and be clean. It bass notes are deep and complex. It is simply not reasonable for one to explain the audible complexity of this amp.

It has a very low sound floor . I cannot indicate how wonderful this amp sounds, if you have any question please email me.
Ease of Use:
Its four control knobs function well, rather then look like extra features. All controls are intuitive, and are perfectly matched.
Durability:
The amp is handmade, and appears to be very sturdy. I haven't had a problem with it, nor do I expect too.
