Rating:
Can't live without them, go to a store and pickup a SRV, Bonnie Rait sig, or a Texas special strat (which is a american standard with the specials installed) and try them out.
Price: $120 (new)
Where Obtained: Guitar Center
Features:
These Pickups are a MUST HAVE for any blues player. Installed them into my American Standard Strat and could not believe the difference. They are not Active Pickups so no battery required. They are 3 single coil Pickups.
Sound Quality:
I use these in my strat, along with a Dunlap Crybaby Wah, A Ibanez TS9 (converted into a TS808) tub screamer, into a Fender Hot Rod Deville 2 x 12. Perfect for blues type rock. Gets that SRV sound Perfect.
Durability:
No problems Yet
