Overall Rating:
A very nice folk guitar for the price. Particularly since it comes with a hard case. The sound is a little bright but nice for bluegrass and open air settings.
Model Year: 2000
Price: $225.00 (new)
Where Obtained: Stacy's Music
Features:
6 String acoustic folk guitar. Made in Southeast Asia. Comes with a Spruce laminate top with mahogany sides and glossy finish and rosewood fretboard.
Playability:
Nice action. I'm not a big person and I found the thinner body style easier to work with.
Sound Quality:
Sound is good, better than some in the price range, but it may be a bit bright for some folks.
Durability:
The guitar is well built and beautifully finished and I couldn't find any flaws. The hard case helps ensure that it will stay nice. I think it is going to hold up under some tough conditions just fine from Church to the camp fire to the stage, it looks pretty tough.
