My only drawbacks on this are it should have better access to the battery(you must flip it over and unscrew it)and it's a battery killer so getting an adapter to plug into it might not be a bad thing. But for 30 bucks and that's only because it sold as part of a 3 pedal kit,it's a cheaper alternative to buying a univibe. So scuse me while kiss the sky crossing the bridge of sighs with this pedal!!!!!
Model Year: 2003
Price: $29.95 (new)
Where Obtained: Musiciansfriend.com
Features:
I wanted to get that Hendrix/Trower sound but I can't really afford to get a univibe so after looking around and getting a nice little review in Guitar World's equipment issue last year and checking out the sounds om muscians friend web site I decide it that this would be a nice little alternative and lo and behold I got one earlier this year from my wife who surprised me with this pedal .
Sound Quality:
If you're playing classic rock or blues and want to get that Trower/Hendrix thing going then this pedal may be just the ticket you want.
Ease of Use:
After playing around with it I finally got the sound I wanted from this pedal. To cop the Bridge of Sighs sound set the intensity knob around the 1 o clock position and the speed around the 3 o clock position.I have this pedal after my Boss blues driver pedal in effects chain so you may want to experiment with it.
Durability:
For a plastic case it's not that bad and the knobs are easy access.

I am putting together my first set of peddles and these cought my eye for price. and compactness. they sound fine to me.but I haven't really listened to any others. I took my guitar down to the music store and listened to how it sounded on them if I liked the sound it went on my list. then (shame on me) I came home and started buying them from Musicians Friend. Wicked ain't it.
Model Year: 2000
Price: $17.50 (new)
Where Obtained: MusiciansFriend.com
Features:
Intensity control knob, speed control knob Housed in a small plastic case, a pretty neat design if I may say so myself powered by either 9volt battery or a.c adapter.
Sound Quality:
I use this with an Ovation Acousto-electric. on a worship team. I set intensity at just over half and the speed at almost full. it is a pretty soun for contemporary songs. I dont get any noise from it at all, and we have a very touchy sound system. good clean sound
Ease of Use:
Only two knobs to fiddle with other than that its either on or off. doesn't get much simpler than that. and for me simple is gooooood! it sound good at all adjustments. there is only volume of vibrato and speed of vibrato
Durability:
I keep all my peddles in the case DanElectro has for them. they work well just setting them on the floor though. I use it as a foot peddle and except for being small and hard to hit it does just fine.
