I think its good for starters like i was once... nd i have only added to it not upgraded. *Id buy a more power full amp if it were floged
Price: $200.00 AUS (new)
Where Obtained: Landers Music In Orange, NSW.. best shop eva
Features:
Its jst a 15 watt amp.. but good sound, it has 2 pre amp controls ( ithink there pre amp) nd the usual bass , contour nd treble nobs. i found it isnt that powerfull ( being only 15 watts) so i line it out into a fender squire BP.15 bass amp ( also jst a 15 watter) to give it some more ompf
Sound Quality:
I use a zoom 505 II multi effects pedal nd an old ibanez wah pedal. i play metal style id say nd it goes good for wot i want *it would also b good for jazz or grunge *i think it gets noisy wif distrstion on wen im not playing.. but thats jst the distortion hey * it was cleanat high volumes but i think ive thrashed it a fair bit so it is a bit vibratingly
Ease of Use:
No to the amp being programmable *yes to finding a good sound.. if u no how to tune the ol girl ;) * tis easy to use in comparison to other amps
Durability:
* it isnt lound enough for live but it is good for jaming * ive had it repaired twice i think, but thats coz it fell ova in the car its pretty heavyly constructed

It was a present, but it was a better one than the one I had before. I would buy a cheaper american one if it got stolen. Its cool because its got a large range. Its not cool because its fragil. Anyways.
Model Year: 2001
Price: $250.00 CND (new)
Where Obtained: Parents
Features:
It has gain 1 which gives a kind of classic rock feel and gain two that gives it some monster distortion. It has the standard: treble, contour and bass plus reverb. Its powerful for an amp of that size. You can plug headphones into it and there is a place where you can put CD input to play along with your favourite music. The only downside is that I found it a bit fragil. I've had to have it repaired twice and the cost was as much as the cost of the amp. 120 vol 60 Hz 45 watts
Sound Quality:
I just have two pedals: a purple flanger and a big muff. The amp sounds good with them both. I play alternative, jazz, classical and classic rock. This amp has a great range without any pedal because of the combinations you can have with the gain 1 and gain 2. Its a bit rackety at high volumes, but thats usually too loud for me to play anyways. If I put it at that high the whole neighbourhood can hear me. It's got great distortion range, from none to all out.
Ease of Use:
It is hard to find that 'groove'. You really have to fiddle with the all the knobs to get the desired sound. I mark some cool sound spots on a spare piece of paper so I don't have to fiddle around.
Durability:
Its pretty fragile. I wouldn't play it live. Its more of a pratice/jam amp. I've had to have it repaired twice. As long as you're not like me as you don't throw your amp around and use it as a shelve and generally don't abuse it, you'll probably be fine.
