Yes, that's right. SLTP is a great song, and although people think it's about teen freedom, it's actually about (at least the title of the song) is about an anti-persperant deodorant, named Teen Spirit, bet you never knew that.
But I think that this single is the best single I have seen ever because the extra songs on it.
1. Smells Like Teen Spirit
2. Even In His Youth
Although SLTS is an edited version, which is the only real problem I had with this single, the two following songs are probably some of the greatest Nirvana songs I have heard. EVEN IN HIS YOUTH is a bada$$ song, it has the sound that all the other Nirvana tracks have, the ones that appear on Bleach, Incesticide, and Harmoaning (still haven't found that CD yet), it has punk energy and grunge all in one. The next one, hard core fans might already have on Incesticide, but don't let it fool you-this is an ALTERED version. It's the original actually, and it shows. It sounds better, actually, Kurt's vocals sound a lot more interactive with the song, and it interacts with each other and it makes the entire experience even more creative and fun. The artwork matches the album that it is advertising for, that watery look and artwork that came with it. Although it has a picture of the band that is found inside the booklet of Nevermind, instead of that naked baby chasing the dollar bill.
Any kind of Nirvana fan can't do without this CD, it's really cheap, hard to find, and you can show off with it. Let's just hope you can look cool in the process. :-)
