This was my favorite blues cd when it came out.It's cool that he decided to do a cd on a type of blues that we sometimes don't pay attention to and that's mississippi hill music or I believe it's also called fat possum too.The acousic song "done got old" is just a lull you to sleep before he really nails you with with rest of the cd.It's loud and raw and it just never lets up til the end.This is one Buddy Guy cd you must have to get to experience it 1st hand.

From what I hear, Buddy Guy and band went down to Mississippi and recorded this in an old house. This is some of the best guitar playing I have ever heard. I never was a huge Buddy Guy fan till this album.
