Description These strings are great! They have a nice, smooth polyweb coating on all the strings making the strings slide and bend great without those annoying sliding noises. The polyweb also makes the string less harsh on your fingers(unlike D'Addario)

I've used lots of other strings and these make the others sound like stretched pig poop! There is no way these strings could be better!!!
Price: $12.00 (new)
Where Obtained: Guitar Gallery of St. Augustine (great place!)
The strings I use are lights which I personly think are the best. The strings are made from wound bronze with polyweb coating. They are coated with the polyweb coating to make them last longer(boy do they last, I havn't changed strings in three monthes and the're still going strong!) and sound better. They have the regular ball metal end.
Sound Quality:
I use the strings on my D-10CE Washburn acoustic/electric and marshall amp. These strings can be used on anything from heavy metal(my favorite)to country and still sound good. As for comparison... It is the supreme race of strings.
These strings last forever, dude and once they stretch I tune em' once a week! I think I read an article on them being found in ancient greek tombs and still sounding great.
