This guitar......

ROCKS!

Model Year: 2001
Price: $750.00 (new)
Where Obtained: The Sound of Music - Kokomo, IN
Features:
It's a beautiful blue sunburst color, and the tuning pegs are gold. The most beautiful acoustic I saw in the store, so I bought it. For me, guitars are about the players, and they really all sound the same, with slight differences in timbre (acoustics anyway). So this was once again, the most beautiful acoustic I saw, hence, I bought it right away.
Playability:
The guitar has a beautiful tone, I bought it with no flaws. The neck is about medium sized (not to big not to small), and the overall feel is great. The only thing I don't like about it, is the action could be a bit better, but it still does great.
Sound Quality:
I don't really use any special eq for this acoustic, I don't have an acoustic amp. Though I would like one! When I'm performing professionaly I usually just play electric anyway, so this is just for cafe's and youth groups, etc.
Durability:
I've had it for a year now, the only thing is it's so beautiful I'm afraid to scratch it! Everything holds up well, even the strap-locks (which I always have very bad experiences with). It gets nudges and stuff on it alot, so it needs to be cleaned a ton.

I own 4 guitars, and this is my favorite. It is reliable, tough as nails, and sounds like it cost a thousand dollars. With some good adjustement, it plays like an electric, and sounds like one too. Great instrument.
Model Year: 1996
Price: $475.00 (new)
Where Obtained: Guitar Center in MN.
Features:
Made in Korea. It's an all maple, 6 string, single cutaway, blonde beauty. The bridge is a standardaccoustic bridge, strung through the body, with the pickup under the saddle. Fishman pickups and equalizer, requires a 9 volt battery. Sounds even better plugged in than
Playability:
Capable of a very low action without buzzing. Great for blues and jazz. I play it at church a lot, so the low action is ideal for quick chord changes.
Sound Quality:
Has a very bright sound, and in my oppinion, is better than a lot of very expensive guitars.
Durability:
I only broke it once. I was sitting on the floor, plugged in, and I got up, and the chord ripped a hole in the side where the jack is. It was an easy repair though. This is one tough guitar.
