The one thing that makes this stand completely useless to me is the rubber padding which when rubbed gives off a white powder even though the rubber is black. So, since I do not want this on my guitar it will remain trash to me. Also the logo looks like someone took a paint brush and painted it on.

Feels like sturdy aluminum and the locking mechinism seems to be secure.
