Rating:
I chose this guitar b/c the guy that sold it to me had no idea what he was selling. I love the turquoise inlays and the playability of it. I wish i'd never let a friend borrow it though....he scratched it up alot.
Model Year: 1993
Price: $1000 (used)
Where Obtained: Friend of family
Features:
Made in Japan. Spruce top I think. Not sure about the back and sides but it isn't something i've ever seen before....lots of texture in the wood grains. 21 frets. accuracoustic EQ. natural finish. single cutaway. string through body. 2 seperate bridge things. takamine tuners. translucent brown colored.
Playability:
Very low action...had work done on it to achieve this. Plays very well, I've only played a handful that compare or are better. Has a few dings and scratches here and there.
Sound Quality:
I've got a Peavey Bandit but I don't use it with my acoustic much at all. The acoustic sounds great without an amp.
Durability:
Very reliable. Have never had to adjust truss rod.
